We have worked with our friends at Fagerberg for years. It all began during the pandemic when we, among other things, produced a digital sales conference in a talk show style.

They see themselves as the process industry’s best friend, which was a key part of our brand strategy, resulting in the new brand promise: A perfect flow. For you. That phrase captures what Fagerberg offers and emphasizes their constant customer-first approach.

With that foundation, we gave them a new visual identity, built a new online presence, and even designed beer cans for their big event (it was a blast).

Fagerberg’s idea is simply to ensure the best possible process for their customers, partly by stocking top products from leading manufacturers and partly through advanced services in flow regulation, control, and measuring.

We wanted to portray that, while also highlighting the skillful, passionate, and incredibly friendly people of Fagerberg.

Fagerberg is everywhere. We showed that.

When we made a brand film for Fagerberg, we wanted to show how Fagerberg helps address today’s and tomorrow’s challenges, as its products impact countless industrial processes.

We also highlighted that the promise—A perfect flow. For you—can mean just buying that one product or getting help with everything from ideas to implementation.

Also, we saw this as an irresistible opportunity to showcase just how beautiful the products are and put them in the spotlight.

A new digital home with the right flow

With thousands of products and a broad range of services, Fagerberg faced a challenge. How could customers easily find what they were searching for online?

We replaced the old site with a more modern and user-friendly design. Besides a strong brand-building element, it also offered a simpler way to present the complex and extensive offerings. One example was adding favorites in the product section to make customer requests easier.

We took new pictures of key products to lift these heroes. We also interviewed customers to get proper testimonials that demonstrate Fagerberg's position as the process industry’s best friend. Throughout the site, we lifted Fagerberg’s experts and expertise.

Everyone wanted to trade our trade show booth …

Customers are green with envy, and visitors are flocking in large numbers. The concept and trade booth we created for Fagerberg paid off. Unlike others that packed their space with products, we chose an open, inviting layout.

The booths had carefully arranged still-lifes of products. We used posters with short, catchy messages, displayed the brand film and other content on screens, and made sure to have a meeting spot in the center to encourage conversations and informal gatherings.

Success? Well, they booked the same space even before this year’s show was over and gave us a task: How can we top this?

Creating that perfect party flow …

How an everyday warehouse became the scene for a Fagerberg Frenzy

After the trade show, Fagerberg traditionally hosts a party for their customers. Let’s just say we pushed the limits with magicians and a band that brought a distinct New Orleans vibe to the warehouse. We all know that parties with mostly guys can be a bit, shall we say, introverted. We turned it into a dance party with probably 60–70% of the guests on stage when the band finally finished.
